Refund Policy

This refund policy is a DRAFT and must be reviewed (ideally with legal advice) before the campaign goes live. Do not treat it as final legal terms.

1. Nature of payment: Sponsoring a spot is a contribution toward an independent personal campaign in exchange for the agreed placement and content. It is not a purchase of a regulated product or security.

2. The campaign target and full-refund commitment: The campaign is fully successful only when all 13 dress sponsorship spots are filled. If that target is not reached, every sponsor who paid for a dress sponsorship will receive a full refund.

3. Refunds are NOT automatic — how to request one: DM me on X at https://x.com/apurvajain24 and provide your project name, the sponsorship spot, the amount paid, your transaction hash, your original payment wallet, and any relevant details. I will review the payment details and initiate the refund to the original paying wallet.

4. How refunds are sent: USDC refunds are returned to the wallet the payment came from. Blockchain transaction (gas/network) fees you already paid are not recoverable by the website.

5. Non-refundable once committed: Once your approved logo has been printed onto / committed to the gown, that placement is non-refundable, because the materials and production are specific to your brand.

6. Event changes: Event access is subject to confirmation and this campaign is not affiliated with the Devcon organizers. If the event date, venue or my attendance changes materially, I will contact you directly and agree a fair resolution (reschedule or refund).

7. Timelines: I will review refund requests and respond within a reasonable time. No fixed processing deadline is promised.
