Terms

These terms are a DRAFT and must be reviewed before the campaign goes live.

1. This is an independent personal campaign by Apurva Jain. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official program of the Devcon organizers.

2. Sponsoring a spot grants a logo placement on the gown and the agreed campaign content. Event access and final deliverables are subject to confirmation.

3. I reserve the right to decline or remove any logo that is illegal, hateful, misleading, infringes someone's rights, or that I reasonably judge unsuitable. In that case you'll be offered an alternative or a refund.

4. You confirm you have the right to use the brand/logo you submit and grant permission to display and photograph it as part of the campaign.

5. Nothing here is financial advice or an offer of a security. Spots are not investments and have no resale value guaranteed by me.

6. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for your spot, to the extent permitted by law.
